This delicately fruity white wine deserves some time for contemplation with its lemon, honey and apricot flavours. Made from the four lesser known French grape varieties of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Petit Courbu and Arrufiac, the result is extremely pleasant and enjoyable.
