Interesting and not too oaked so the fruity flavours don’t get smothered. Leave it out of the fridge for half an hour to warm up slightly otherwise all you will taste is oaky apple – the apricot, melon and peach come later. Quite expensive but then that's organic wine for you. Waitrose currently the cheapest source over Tesco and Vintage Roots.
