A mix of Italian rosé wine and sparkling water, with added sweeting from grape concentrate, makes a creditable looking pretty pink fizz. The aroma isn’t too bad – smelling of strawberry sweets – but the taste is just weird and unpleasant. The initial taste is watery with a sourness then a bubblegum ending – no hint of the strawberriness from the aroma. Hard to find anything pleasant to say about this.
