A lovely wine that tastes at its best a day after opening – so crack open the screwcap and then put it back in the fridge. Initial tastes was bland and tasteless but after a day the flavours became crisp and lemony with added coconut cake, melon and pear. The perfume from the aroma was most attractive. Expensive though at £9. Would have been 4-stars at £7 but getting to almost a tenner is questionable when so many other decent Australian Chardonnays out there.
