Rock and Roots Organic Verdejo Sauvignon Blanc review - WineUncorked: Wine Reviews and Tips

co op

The commonly grown Spanish white grape variety of Verdejo has some Sauvignon Blanc added for complexity. It still comes out as lightly flavoured, if a touch watery, with pear, melon and peach. Aroma is the king here with bags going on: pear, melon, peach, pineapple, honey and apple in balance. Shame you can’t drink the aroma.
