Aldi Greek Assyrtiko 2021 review - WineUncorked: Wine Reviews and Tips

aldi

This Greek white wine made with the Assyrtiko grape variety tastes like a really good Chardonnay. The buttery apple and lemon flavours have a background of pear and apricot with a mineral edge (like sucking on a 50p coin – if you want to try this remember to clean the coin first). A nicely balanced wine and great value at £6.99.
