This is an unoaked Chardonnay by any other name from the French region of Burgundy. Although the bottle label description asks you to expect a classic mineral finish, I didn’t find this but rather the easier to like flavours of creamy coconut, apple with a lemon finish. This wine is easy to like with none of the usual white Burgundy habits of teeth enamel cleaning when you drink it.
