A very nice wine but expensive at £10 a bottle. When Tesco sell another white Rioja at almost half the price (Marques de Los Zancos £5.85) you may wonder why you should buy the Tesco branded version. Well it’s fresh tasting with lots of fruity flavours of pear and melon plus almond cake smoothness but it isn’t sweet, rather the usual sharper white Rioja. So yes buy it to try but there are much cheaper alternatives.
