An Italian white wine named after a type of sheep that roams around the vineyard and nibbles on low hanging bunches of grapes. This same breed of sheep also gives its name to Pecorino cheese which is made from its milk. The wine, however, is made without any further involvement of the sheep. So expect sharp fruity flavours of lime, apple and pineapple with some vegetable notes of celery and Sunday lunch. Quite a nice wine but a bit expensive for what it is.
