Tesco Finest Barossa Shiraz 2021 review - WineUncorked: Wine Reviews and Tips

tesco

An aged Aussie Shiraz from 2021 – so it’ll be more expensive than the make-em and drink-em now bottles, plus the extra time in bottle will add a depth of flavour that you won’t find in cheaper bottles. But saying all that, is it worth it? My 3* rating suggests no, it’s a bit over-priced even if it is a nice wine. The flavour is fruity with creamy plum and black cherry, followed by a black pepper spiciness that gives the wine an overall sweet-sour taste. Wait until this wine is on offer before buying.
