Entre Affame Cinsault 2024 review - WineUncorked: Wine Reviews and Tips

co op

New at the Co-op, this French red made from Cinsault grapes is a great wine to add to your dinner table if you want to look like you know about wine. The joyful label shows a typical French cafe table with chequered table cloth and two chairs – and its design shouts ‘I chose this wine without any help from a big brand logo and know what I’m doing’. Plus it tastes great too at a decent price. Expect flavours of redcurrant and raspberry with some burnt toffee and dried thyme. The back label suggests you drink this wine slightly chilled but this would exacerbate the burnt flavours, leaving the fruitiness behind. Just open and enjoy.
