Prince Alexandre Cremant de Loire Brut review - WineUncorked: Wine Reviews and Tips

waitrose

Even at its offer price of just over £10 (down from £16) this rather uninteresting fizz is just worth the bother. Vague flavours of apple with a hint of creaminess but that is all. I’d have expected better from a Cremant de Loire where the dominant grape variety in it is the tasty Chenin Blanc. Must’ve been a poor set of years that went into this blend.
