At just 7% alcohol, Kylie’s Petit Rosé has half the usual amount seen in most other reds, whites and rosés. But it doesn’t taste like it. Lower alcohol wines usually taste too sweet to enjoy because there is sugar left in the wine that usually ferments into more alcohol. But the Petit Rosé, although having some sweetness, is balanced with some fruity flavours of strawberry and apple. There is even a hint of a slight sparkle. Pleasant enough for a glass or two. After this the more unpleasant acidic flavours start to come through. It could almost be mistaken for wine.
