Tio Pepe Palomino Fino Sherry review

Fino sherry is the driest style and not to be confused with the more normally drunk sweeter versions. This hay yellow fortified wine has added alcohol to bring it up to the normal sherry levels of 15%. So it’s designed to be sipped rather than slurped. Flavours are that of light lemon and lime mixed with uncooked pastry – so it’s a flavour you love or hate. Drink cool from the fridge with your aperitif snacks.
