Not your usual rip-roaring Aussie Shiraz but a lighter style that tastes more like it was made in France. There’s still a fruitiness but it’s English hedgerow blackberry with a creamy milk chocolatiness on a topping of tangy burnt toast. Interesting if slightly expensive for what it is.
