This French Sauvignon Blanc rated a maximum 5-stars when I last reviewed the 2020 vintage but then it cost £7 a bottle, and now the price is £9 – which is going a bit even if it does taste nice. Hence the 4-star rating this time. Still a nice wine with flavours of apricot and apple sponge cake. If the price goes over a tenner then possibly time to look elsewhere.
