An Australian white wine blend supposedly designed with the help of AI and then ‘crafted by humans’. The result is a mix of Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling in decreasing proportions – but as the taste is overridingly Sauvignon Blanc the other elements may as well not be there. The taste is of grilled pineapple with a slight lime zing and a touch of cardboard. While the aroma is the best bit with oodles of fruits: banana, melon, peach, pear and creamy lime. Yet another wine that is all promise but then drink it and you feel diddled.
