A good value and refreshing white wine made from a blend of the familiar Sauvignon Blanc and the more obscure Pedro Jimenez. The Sauvignon Blanc element is the dominant flavour with lashings of gooseberry and lime. The Pedro Jimenez adds a touch of orange to the mix. This is a lower than usual alcohol wine with just 10.5% in the bottle. Give it a try as it’s under £6.
