A wine that is a staple at Aldi and always worth a purchase. This 2021 vintage is not as fruity tasting as previous years with just smoky cherry and black treacle. Portuguese wines that aren’t after dinner port are still relatively good value as most of the glory goes to its neighbour Spain.
