This Swedish ice cider is made the traditional way by freezing the freshly-made cider and removing the ice - this concentrates the alcohol levels from the normal 4 or 5% to 10.5%. After being left to mature for 12 months in wooden barrels the result is a mahogany colour with flavours of concentrated apple puree. Try matching to cheese rather than the usual Port or dessert wine choice.
