When your surname is Chicken then that’s what you put on the label. So there’s a funky, stripy chicken on this bottle of French sparkling from Poulet et Fils. Which is about as exciting as it gets. The wine inside tastes very appley with some white bread notes but overall it is very like cider in flavour.
