A pink version of the more usual white (well green) Vinho Verde from Portugal with the same slight ‘spritz’, or fizziness. Pleasant flavours of strawberry and passionfruit along with sharp lemon and apple. It’s almost a light red with its colour of dark pink, so match it to slightly more robust flavoured summer foods. Just 11% alcohol too.
