The Chilean winemaker Cono Sur are really pushing their sustainable credentials with respect to their wine making techniques – reducing their carbon footprint and using more natural methods in the vineyard that don’t use pesticides and fertilisers. But what about how the wine tastes? Very nice indeed. And at the offer price of £6 from Morrisons then it is definitely worth seeking out. Sweet milk chocolate and violet flavours along with spicy oak and leather – there’s a whole lot going on for six quid!
