A really surprising rose that gives unexpected flavours. With it's salmon pink colour this looks like your usual light rose with vague strawberry flavours but it turns out that the Monastrell grape makes lovely peach and mandarin flavours with a floral edge. Treat this as a sweet white for food matching.
