Low alcohol beers have been improving by leaps and bounds in the last two years and they now all taste like beer, where before there were many off-flavours. Ghost Ship has the orange-brown colour of a pale ale but the foamy head is small and mean. It smells like a beer with sharp, hoppy aromas and the taste is refreshing and citrusy. It does lack body though and so the mouth-feel is not quite like a full strength beer. Best drunk with food.
