Maple Leaf Rosé review - WineUncorked: Wine Reviews and Tips

aldi

An expensive but interesting Canadian rosé on seasonal release at Aldi. Made from a blend of grapes, including the winter hardy Vidal Blanc which can withstand the Ontario winters where this wine was made. It also includes the aromatic grape types of Riesling, Muscat and Gewurztraminer - all of which overwhelm the wine somewhat and the result is a pink wine that tastes like a German white.
