This is the rosé version of the English sparkling white made by Ridgeview Estate for English Heritage. through Laithwaites at £28 a bottle and now through English Heritage online shop for £30. The wine is expensive but comparable in price and quality to other high-quality English sparkling wines. Flavour is of apple crumble with a dash of strawberry ripple. A nice and easy fizz.
