Kabinett
A German wine classification, roughly equivalent to the French Reserve or Italian Riserva. Now the lowest rung in the Prädikatswein classification system.
Keg
A small barrel. Now usually made from stainless steel and commonly used for transporting beer.
Kosher
Wine produced in accordance with Jewish religious law, under supervision of a rabbi, and using only kosher ingredients.
